The last three videos were recorded with a $40 webcam using it's built in microphone and gives a good idea of what the video and audio looks like by just getting in front of your webcam.  When we are teaching live we use a lighting kit for improved vision clairity, a professional grade motorized webcam, a hand held webcam for looking at small details, and an external microphone to give us better control of the sound.  Keep in mind that you can make Skype's video window fill up the entire screen to see fingering details clearly by left double clicking anywhere in the video display.
