JOHN'S LESSON RATES AND STUDENT POLICY

Please read, sign, and send us a signed copy of the policy through e-mail as a PDF or JPG file or send through regular mail to our address listed on our contact us page. An e-mail stating agreement with our policies is also accepted instead of a signed policy sent by mail or scanner. After first initial free lesson it is understood that our students agree to our teaching policies even if a signed policy is not received by McCoy's Music. (Just click on John's policy which will open up the PDF file, and then you can print it and sign it.)

Credit Card Payments are due by the 7th of the month regardless of balance due for the month. Thank you for your understanding.

Click here if you are late with your payment as there is an additional separate $10.00 late fee plus your normal tuition.

Just click on the BLUE BUTTON BAR BELOW that is applicable for your payment for the month and a new window will open up to WebStart's Shopping Cart so that you can make a secure credit card payment. You can print out a receipt after the transaction, but an other receipt will be mailed to your e-mail box within 15 minutes. Please check our Policies to make sure you are picking the correct payment package. When paying for less than 4 lessons because of lesson credit(s), or if you are a new student starting in the middle of a month, or because of Holidays falling on one of your lesson dates, then choose the LESSON PACKAGE that fits for the months tuition.
